SHINICHI FUJIMOTO, trading as R&SGames, is a sole proprietor in Japan (“we” or “us”) providing Rum's Spring & Dungeon and its related game service (the “Service”). Our contact details appear in Seller Information & Purchase Terms.
1. Using the Service
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher legal or platform age restrictions that apply. Obtain parental or guardian authorisation where required by law or platform rules. Use a device you own or are authorised to use.
Accept these Terms before playing. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices; accepting these Terms does not replace a separate permission required for tracking or another data use.
These Terms apply to the overseas service for which this edition is presented. Changing the display language does not, by itself, replace the terms applicable to the Japan service.
2. Accounts, saves and content
A game account is created automatically. Keep your device and transfer credentials secure. Most saves are stored locally, so device loss or uninstalling can cause loss of progress. Use the supported transfer process before changing devices; recovery is not guaranteed in every circumstance.
Your account is for your own use. Do not sell, lend or transfer it to another person without our permission. Supported transfer to your own replacement device is different.
We and our licensors retain the rights in the Service. You may use it for personal gameplay under these Terms. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences in the separate open-source notices.
3. Fair use
Do not engage in unlawful conduct, infringement, harassment, impersonation or disclosure of another person’s private information. Do not cheat, use unauthorised bots, exploit bugs, manipulate game data, interfere with servers or access accounts without permission.
Do not buy, sell or exchange accounts, currency or items for real-world money, goods or services; conduct unauthorised commercial activity or solicitation; or operate or share accounts contrary to the Game’s rules. Copying, modifying or distributing the app is prohibited except as authorised or permitted by law or an applicable open-source licence. Do not encourage these activities or misuse support; genuine complaints remain welcome.
4. Purchases and game currency
The Game is free to play with optional purchases through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. You pay your device and connection costs. Review the price and product conditions before confirming payment; Seller Information & Purchase Terms includes delivery, pass and refund information.
Currency, items and characters are for use only in the Game. There is no player-to-player trading or exchange through us for cash or money equivalents. Paid currency has no fixed expiry date. Any product or regional purchase limits are stated in its purchase information; platform and parental controls can also apply.
Random rewards follow the probabilities and conditions shown before purchase. A specific outcome is not guaranteed unless those rules say so.
5. Changes, interruptions and account action
We may make reasonable changes for game balance, maintenance, security, legal requirements or operation of the Service. We may suspend an account or remove improperly obtained benefits for a material breach, a genuine security risk or a legal requirement. Action will be proportionate; where practicable we explain the reason and allow you to raise the issue with support.
We announce material changes to these Terms, material planned interruptions and service closure on the official website, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require shorter notice. We seek renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove purchased rights without any remedy required by law. On closure, we explain the treatment of outstanding paid content and data.
6. Stopping play and deleting data
You may stop playing at any time. Use Delete Data on the title screen to delete your account, including the server-side game account, local credentials and saves, and to start deletion of associated records held by us or our service providers. Deletion ends access to that account’s progress, currency, items and unused pass benefits. Read the warnings before proceeding; deletion does not waive statutory remedies. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of related records, any legally required retention, and the alternative support route.
Legally required retention takes precedence over immediate erasure. For Taiwan, the account and necessary associated electronic records are retained for 30 days after termination, as explained in the Taiwan Game Service Supplement; statutory continuation rights remain available. 7. Responsibility and disputes
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses arising from business use of the Service. This does not limit liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or gross negligence, or exclude any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Japanese law governs, subject to mandatory protections available to you. Where Japanese courts have jurisdiction, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court, as appropriate, has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance to the extent this agreement is legally effective. This does not restrict access to a local court, tribunal or regulator where mandatory law protects that access. You may contact support without giving up rights or deadlines. An unenforceable clause does not invalidate the rest where the law permits.
Regional supplements
The Taiwan and Mexico supplements apply to the respective regional service from the start of service provision in that region, within the scope stated in each supplement. This does not limit any rights or protections already applicable under mandatory law.
An applicable regional supplement prevails on its subject. Product information presented before purchase governs that product, subject to these regional protections and mandatory law. An unlisted region does not lose its legal protections.
Australia. Non-excludable Australian Consumer Law guarantees remain available. Depending on the problem, remedies may include repair, replacement, cancellation, refund or compensation. No account action, service change or dispute clause removes those rights.
Singapore. Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
Canada. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable federal, provincial or territorial laws, including applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws apply, they prevail over any inconsistent provision of these Terms. In Québec, rights under the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable mandatory laws remain applicable.

Taiwan. The Taiwan Game Service Supplement (Traditional Chinese) forms part of the contract and prevails on matters it covers, including review, minors, cancellation, refunds, account records, complaints and termination. General no-refund, deletion, liability or Tokyo-forum wording does not displace those protections. Its applicability is not determined solely by display language.
Mexico. Rights that cannot be waived under the Federal Consumer Protection Law remain available, including applicable electronic-transaction disclosures and remedies. These Terms do not prevent recourse to PROFECO or a competent court.
