2. Price, payment and delivery
The store checkout displays the price, currency and applicable total charge before you authorise payment. Purchases use App Store in-app purchases or Google Play Billing, with the payment methods and charging process of that store. Apple’s or Google’s involvement does not remove our own obligations.
Except for a stated delivery schedule such as the pass below, purchased content becomes available after the transaction is successfully completed and confirmed. Contact support if a charged purchase is not delivered. You pay any device, internet and mobile-data costs; there is no shipping charge.
3. Monthly Pass
One-time purchase. No auto-renewal. Claim 100 Rainbow Crystals manually from the Shop each game day during a 30-game-day period, including the purchase date: up to 30 daily claims (3,000 in total if all are claimed).
The purchase date counts as day 1 in Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9). Days reset at 00:00 JST, so the first day may be shorter than 24 hours. Return to the title screen and enter the Game after a reset to refresh daily eligibility.
Missed daily rewards expire and do not carry over. The period continues even when you do not log in; logging in alone does not claim the reward. Only one pass can be active at a time. After it ends, the purchase option returns on a subsequent login. There is no once-per-calendar-month purchase limit.
4. Currency and random rewards
Paid game currency has no fixed expiry date; the pass period limits daily claims, not already purchased paid currency. Currency and rewards are usable only within the Game and cannot be traded between players or exchanged through us for cash or money equivalents. Check the displayed probabilities and conditions before purchasing random rewards.
5. Refunds and purchase problems
We generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds for digital purchases, except where applicable law or store policy provides otherwise. This does not limit remedies for faulty, undelivered, misdescribed or otherwise legally actionable purchases. Contact our support or the relevant store about a problem.
Regional supplements
The Taiwan and Mexico supplements apply to the respective regional service from the start of service provision in that region, within the scope stated in each supplement. This does not limit any rights or protections already applicable under mandatory law.
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights and Singapore consumer protections, remain available. A bonus-currency label, account deletion or a claim about age does not remove those rights. The regional supplements in the Terms of Service apply.
Canada. Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable federal, provincial or territorial consumer protection laws. In Québec, where the consumer protection rules governing distance contracts apply, any statutory rights and remedies available under those rules, including any applicable rights of cancellation or chargeback, remain unaffected.
Taiwan. The Taiwan Game Service Supplement prevails. Within seven days after starting the Game, you may rescind in writing without a reason or charge and seek a refund of unused paid points. You may also terminate at any time; unused paid points or game fees are handled under the supplement’s 30-day refund rule. General change-of-mind wording does not override these rights.
Mexico. Applicable statutory revocation, refund and compensation rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law remain available, including Article 56 where its conditions are met. We do not assume every digital purchase is exempt. Monthly Pass has no recurring charge or automatic renewal to cancel.
